Under overcast arrived Shannon Creek Campground of the North West shore Baker Lake and in a breeze of predominate wind took in the full lake view from a much carved picnic table. Treated with a fun interaction from a friendly family of Day Use. With fatigue waved to sleep.
Decamping at dawn, explore the remaining Baker Lake Road, finding more trasholes work at dispersal site along Baker river but also find love in the forest. Amongst the ferns are photos of fronds, fronds forever shaded by the fungus covered enormous old cedars. Suspended in the forest are old bridges and in the wash rubble, buried bridges.
